Yücel Yılmaz is a Vice Coordinator of Strategy and Business Development at Atılım University. He is responsible for national and international rankings with these national and international accreditation processes in terms of ensuring data, evidence, forecasts and simulations, creation and updating of Turkish Universities Index, deep comparative analysis of academic publications WoS (Incites) Scopus (Elsevier) with other universities, managing the salesforce for global international student recruitment, audit reports with data requests for the Council of Higher Education and the Higher Education Quality Board, determination of ÖSYM Quotas and academic performance evaluations at Atılım University.
He started to work as a Business Analyst and International Relations Specialist at Atılım University in 2018. He has worked at Mc&Kinsey Wroclaw Hub as a Business analyst in Poland and at The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Military Attache Office Ankara as a Political Advisor in Türkiye. He has studied International Relations and Global Studies and graduated from Wroclaw University in Poland with a master’s degree. He studied International Relations and graduated from Uludag University at the same time studied Public Administration and graduated from Anatolia University with a bachelor’s degree in Türkiye. He has done the ERASMUS + exchange education programme at Charles University in Czechia for a master’s degree.
