Sivakumar Veerappan is the Founder and CEO of Anubavam Technologies, the global technology company behind Creatrix Campus, building Operating Systems for Complex Organizations. Over more than two decades in enterprise technology, he has led the company’s work across higher education, government, insurance, fintech, and other highly regulated sectors, environments where getting the operational and compliance architecture right is not optional.
Higher education is where that work runs deepest. Siva leads the vision behind Creatrix Campus, Anubavam’s Academic Operating System for modern universities, helping institutions connect their academic lifecycles, strengthen governance, and hold quality and accreditation readiness continuously rather than scrambling before each review.
His interest in the field is both practical and scholarly. Through executive education at the Wharton School, he works alongside senior business leaders from around the world on how large, complex organisations are led through change. Separately, he is pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration researching responsible AI adoption in higher education, the thinking that directly informs how Anubavam builds and where it takes its products next.
His leadership philosophy is simple: technology should make complex organisations easier, more human, and more effective to run.
