Dr. Sardor Rakhimboev is the Deputy Director of the National Quality Assurance Agency for Education under the Administration of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan. He is an economist and public-sector leader with extensive experience in education quality assurance, digital transformation, and evidence-based policy development.
He holds a PhD and MSc in Economics from Tashkent University of Information Technologies and has led national initiatives in education ranking systems, employer and student surveys, digital governance platforms, and expert accreditation frameworks. Previously, he held senior leadership roles within the Ministry of Public Education, where he spearheaded large-scale ICT modernization, information security strategies, and innovation-driven reforms in the education sector.
Dr. Rakhimboev is also an experienced academic and researcher, with numerous national and international publications in economics, higher education competitiveness, capital markets, and ICT policy. He is a recipient of multiple national honors for excellence in public education and public service.
