Weather in Dubai

Dubai, like the other Emirates, enjoys sunshine and clear blue skies for most of the year. The summer months (June to August) are typically the hottest, with temperatures sometimes rising close to 50°C and occasional sandstorms.

By late September, the city begins transitioning out of peak summer, with temperatures gradually becoming more moderate and outdoor conditions improving. The 7th MENA Higher Education Leadership Forum, scheduled from 28th to 30th September, takes place during this transitional period when Dubai starts to regain its vibrant outdoor energy. Participants can expect warm, sunny days, clear skies, and the opportunity to experience many of the city’s renowned attractions and hospitality as the season begins to shift toward more pleasant weather.
