Travel and Accommodation
We will be securing exclusive rates at nearby hotels and will share the booking details in due course. As April is a peak season in the UAE, we recommend booking your accommodation early once hotel options are released, as there will be a limited number of rooms available at special rates.
For attendees requiring a visa for travel to the UAE, we advise initiating the process well in advance. We can assist you by providing support letters to facilitate your visa application. If you need such a letter, kindly send an email to inquiries@menahelf.com with your full name and passport details.
Case Studies Presenter Information
If you are presenting an institutional case study, please make sure to take note of all critical deadlines related to the submission of your case study and presentation. It is imperative that at least one presenter from each case study is present and fully registered before being included in the final program. As a presenter, you are eligible for the discounted presenter registration fee.
