Refund Policy
Refunds for cancellations of registration for the 7th MENA Higher Education Leadership Forum will be processed according to the following conditions:

|---|---|
| On or before 1st of December 2025 | Full refund less Administrative fees (AED 300) |
| Between 1st of December 2025 and 30 th January 2026 | 50% |
| After 30th January 2026 | No refund |
- All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email or official letter to be formally considered.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 21 days following the conclusion of the 7th MENA Higher Education Leadership Forum.
