Prof. Nader Elbokle

Professor Nader Elbokle is the President of October University for Modern Sciences and Arts (MSA) in Cairo, Egypt. Before this role, he served as the Dean of the Faculty of Dentistry at MSA. Additionally, he is a Professor of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Cairo University.

With over 30 years of experience in higher education, Professor Elbokle is celebrated as a transformative leader in both higher education and healthcare management. He completed his specialization in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia, and earned his PhD with honors from the Medical College of Georgia.

After returning to Egypt in 2005, he founded the nation’s first private Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery hospital, where he took on the role of chairman. Committed to excellence in clinical practice and management, Dr. Elbokle also pursued a Master’s degree in Leadership and Healthcare Management from the Royal College of Surgeons in Dublin, Ireland, and holds another Master’s degree from the University of South Wales, along with certification in corporate governance.

An internationally recognized speaker, Dr. Elbokle discusses various topics, including Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, hospital management, medical education, innovation, and future management strategies. He has authored numerous publications in esteemed international peer-reviewed journals.
