Dr. Bashayer is currently an Assistant Professor specialized in Management in the Australian University – Kuwait. She is a Kuwaiti Academic Educator, Entrepreneur & Scientific Researcher. She earned her Ph.D. in Business & Management (Specialist in Entrepreneurship & Leadership) from Stirling University- UK. She is an MBA holder and received her bachelor’s degree in computer engineering-Kuwait University-College of Engineering and Petroleum.
She serves as Vice President of the Supervisory Board in Kuwait Australian Holding Company and the Manager of Innovation & Entrepreneurship Center in the Australian University – Kuwait. Finally, Dr. Bashayer serves as the First Reserve – Independent Board Member – Commercial Bank of Kuwait.
