Refund Policy
NOTE: Registration cancellations for the 7th MENA Higher Education Leadership Forum must be submitted in writing by email to inquiries@menahelf.com
Refunds for cancellations of registration for the 7th MENA Higher Education Leadership Forum will be processed according to the following conditions:

| On or before 30th of April 2026 | Full refund less an Administrative fees (AED 300) |
| Between 1st May to 30th June 2026 | 50% |
| After 30th June 2026 | No refund |
- Refunds apply only to registration fees and exclude any bank, transfer, or currency-conversion charges.
- Failure to attend the Forum without submitting a written cancellation request within the above timeline will not qualify for a refund.
- Substitution of a registered participant may be permitted at no additional cost, subject to prior written notification and approval by the organizing team.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 21 business days following the conclusion of the Forum and returned using the original payment method, where possible.
- If the Forum is postponed, cancelled, or materially changed due to circumstances beyond the organizers’ reasonable control, the applicable arrangements will be communicated directly to registered participants.
