With over two decades of experience across the GCC, Europe, and North America, she has led large-scale transformation initiatives for universities, government entities, and executive leadership teams navigating rapid technological, demographic, and economic disruption.

Her work focuses on bridging the persistent gap between strategy and execution. She challenges leaders not only to envision the future of higher education, but to operationalize it through governance reform, curriculum innovation, AI readiness, and culture change.  Her favorite question is, “Yes, but are you doing it?”

As the Founder and Managing Director of X.0 Consulting, Solveig advises boards, presidents, and C-suite leaders on future-proofing institutions through backcasting, systems thinking, and execution discipline. Her thought leadership centers on themes such as AI-native learning, leadership beyond hierarchy, creativity as a strategic asset, and the institutional consequences of inaction.

Solveig is a frequent keynote speaker and moderator at regional and global forums, known for her direct, provocative style and her ability to translate complex futures into practical action. She continues to work at the intersection of education, leadership, and large-scale transformation.
