Dr. Elizabeth Soliday-Naui, Ph.D., is a distinguished educator, academic leader, and social innovator with nearly three decades of experience in higher education and institutional leadership. She currently serves as the CEO and Academic Dean of the Swiss School of Management Barcelona, where her visionary leadership fosters academic excellence and promotes student empowerment.
Dr. Soliday-Naui earned her Ph.D. in Information and Communication from the Université de Nice Sophia Antipolis in France, graduating magna cum laude, and she is a recipient of the Erasmus Mundos Mobility with Asia
(EMMA) scholarship. Her early academic foundation was built at Far Eastern University in Manila, where she obtained both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Mass Communication.
She is the founder and President of the International School of Applied Social Sciences (ISASS) and the Barcelona Center for Applied Sciences (BCAS), institutions dedicated to practical and transformative education, particularly for underrepresented and marginalized communities. Dr. Soliday-Naui is also the Regional President of the International Accreditation Council for Business Education (IACBE) for Europe.
