Workshop overview
This intensive 3.5-hour workshop equips university leaders with the strategic framework and practical tools needed to establish or strengthen technology transfer capabilities at their institutions. Participants will progress from developing institutional vision through operational design to creating concrete implementation plans.

The workshop combines strategic planning sessions with hands-on exercises, peer learning opportunities, and real-world case studies. Leaders will leave with a clear roadmap for building sustainable technology transfer systems that bridge academic research and commercial application while supporting their university’s broader mission.

Designed for provosts, research directors, innovation officers, and senior administrators ready to transform how their institutions connect research discoveries with societal and economic impact.
