Professor Dato Dr Noor Azizi Ismail is the Vice Chancellor of Universiti Malaysia Kelantan. Prior to the recent appointment, he served as Deputy Director General of Higher Education, Ministry of Education Malaysia; Deputy Vice Chancellor (Research and Innovation) and Dean of Graduate School of Business, Universiti Utara Malaysia. He earned his PhD in Accounting Information Systems from Loughborough University. Over two decades of academic career, Dr Azizi published more than 100 articles in academic and professional journals, and several books including the recent one, I Believe Therefore I Am. Professionally, he is a Certified Management Accountant and a Certified Trainer for Business Intelligence. In 2018, he received ‘Movers & Shakers’ award from The Asia HRD Awards
